You are invited to register at our online Hong Kong Ophthalmologists' Directory on the Internet. The directory complies with current regulations of Medical Council of Hong Kong on dissemination of service information to the public.

The Hong Kong Ophthalmologists' Directory will soon be accessible by public through our homepage at http://www.hkos.org.hk. We believe that this directory will greatly facilitate patients' search for suitable ophthalmologists.

All local ophthalmologists, with qualification of FHKAM(Ophthalmology), are invited for this free service. (A HK$200 first registration fee is required, waived for members of Hong Kong Ophthamological Society).

Please complete the enclosed form in both English and Chinese and send to our Secretariat on or before 30th June 2005.
